CONFERENCE REGISTRATION: Each person registering for the conference
must complete an online registration form. Cost for the conference:
- $135 for current WVASFAA members – Full Conference BY March 28, 2018
- $99 for current WVASFAA members one-day registration –BY March 28, 2018
- $160 for current WVASFAA members -- Full Conference AFTER March 29, 2018
- $124 for current WVASFAA members one-day registration AFTER March 29, 2018
- $50 2017-18 membership fee for non-members
- $450 for Associate Members Not Exhibiting: Full Registration BY March 28, 2018
- $475 for Associate Members Not Exhibiting: Full Registration AFTER March 29, 2018
- Exhibitor Fee (Includes Registration Fee) BY March 28, 2018: $750
- Exhibitor Fee (Includes Registration Fee) on or after March 29, 2018: $775
NOTE: Membership year is November 1 to October 31.
Current members: You will have the option to purchase the 2018-2019 membership. It is recommended that you pay the 2018-19 membership fee now with your conference registration to ensure that you continue to receive all of the benefits of membership.
When selecting meals, please only check the ones you plan to eat. WVASFAA is obligated to pay for not consumed meals once we provide the meal count.
