Associate Member Exhibiting on or after April 8, 2020 – $800.00
Registration beginning April 8, 2020. Charged $50.00 late fee.
Associate Member Exhibiting Registered by April 7, 2020 – $750.00
Registration completed by April 7, 2020.
Associate Member Not Exhibiting Registered by April 7, 2020 – $450.00
Registration must be completed by April 7, 2020.
Associate Member Not Exhibiting Registered on or after April 8, 2020 – $500.00
Registration beginning April 8, 2020. Registrant will be charged $50.00 late fee.
Associate member Registration Only - Registered by April 7, 2020 – $135.00
If an additional person attends from the same company, the additional person must pay regular registration cost of $135.00 and pay membership of $50.00. The option is available only after the business partner wither pays the exhibit or non-exhibit fees.
Associate Member Registration Only - Registration on or after April 8, 2020 – $185.00
If an additional person attends from the same company, the additional person must pay regular registration cost of $135.00 plus the late registration fee of 50.00 and pay membership. This option is only available after the business partner either pays the exhibit or non-exhibit fee.
Regular and Auxiliary Member Registered by April 7, 2020 – $135.00
Registration must be completed by April 7, 2020.
Regular and Auxiliary Member Registered on or after April 8, 2020 – $160.00
Registration beginning April 8, 2020. Member will be charged a late registration fee of $25.00.

The WVASFAA Spring 2020 Conference has been cancelled based upon the directives given by both Federal and State authorities. Members who have registered for the conference will have their registration fee refunded. If you have questions regarding this, please contact Stephany Harper at stephany.harper@glenville.edu.
