  Registration completed by October 9, 2019.
• Associate Member Exhibiting Registered on or after October 10, 2019 – $800.00
  Registration beginning October 10, 2019. Charged a $50 late registration fee.
• Associate Member Not Exhibiting Registered by October 9, 2019 – $450.00
  Registration must be completed by October 9, 2019.
• Associate Member Not Exhibiting Registered on or after October 10, 2019 – $500.00
  Registration beginning October 10, 2019. Registrant will be charged a $50 late registration fee.
• Associate Member Registration Only - Registered on or after October 9, 2019 – $185.00
  If an additional person attends from the same company, the additional person must pay regular registration costs $135 + late registration fee and pay membership $50. This option is available only after the business partner either pays the exhibit or non-exhibit fee.
• Associate Member Registration Only Registered by October 9, 2019 – $135.00
  If an additional person attends from the same company, the additional person must pay regular registration costs $135 and pay membership $50. This option is available only after the business partner either pays the exhibit or non-exhibit fee.
• Regular and Auxiliary Member Registered by October 9, 2019 – $135.00
  Registration must be complete by October 9, 2019.

  Registration beginning October 10, 2019. Member will be changed a late registration fee of $25.
