WVASFAA Spring 2023 Conference

To attend the conference sessions, you must be an active member for the 2022-2023 membership year. Registration for membership is available for non-members and renewal is available for current 2021-2022 members. Please visit our Join page to update your membership.

When booking your room, please call Wingate directly at 304-808-1000 and use code: 032923WVF. If your school is a non-profit school, the Wingate will accept tax exempt forms, please bring your form when checking in.

Our room block will end on March 1, 2023, if you book after March 1, and a room is still available you can still receive the $80.00 rate, but a room may not be available.
