You must be a paid 2024-25 WVASFAA member to attend.  If you are not a current member, please complete the WVASFAA Membership Form and the Directors Summit Registration Form.  Register by October 25th to avoid $25 late registration fee.    

Housing is available at the Resort at Glade Springs for a rate of $129/night plus applicable taxes and fees for those who wish to arrive on the 7th. Housing reservations can be made by calling 877-814-7316. Don't forget to mention WVASFAA Fall Training to get the group rate. Please secure your housing no later than September 8th to assure availability.
