  WVASFAA Spring Conference to Be Held in Bridgeport, West Virginia

  The WVASFAA Spring Conference will be held at the Bridgeport Conference Center in Bridgeport, West Virginia, bringing together financial aid professionals for several days of learning, networking, and collaboration.

  The host hotel for the conference is the Courtyard Marriott, conveniently located approximately 1½ miles from the Bridgeport Conference Center. A special conference room rate of $110 per night has been secured for attendees. To receive this discounted rate, participants should contact the hotel directly and reference the WVFA rate when making reservations. Rooms at the conference rate must be secured no later than February 15, 2026, as availability after this date cannot be guaranteed.

  Conference events will take place at the Bridgeport Conference Center on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, attendees will return to the Courtyard Marriott, where the conference will conclude.

  Attendees are encouraged to make lodging arrangements early and plan accordingly for transportation between the hotel and conference venue. The WVASFAA Spring Conference promises to be an engaging and productive event in a welcoming and accessible location.
