   Tentative Directors Summit Agenda

  Membership is required for this event. However due to the Constitutional and By-Law vote taking place now concerning membership, do not apply for 25-26 membership at this time. Once a final vote has taken place, we will let individuals know how to pay their membership.

  Cost for the Summit is $50 and can include the option of you bringing another staff member at no additional cost. Please complete the Directors Summit Registration Form and register by October 24th for the buy one bring one option. If you choose the BOGO option, only one registration form is needed for your institution or organization. You will need to list the additional attendee's name in guest field. Any registrations after October 24th will also include a $25 late registration fee.  

  Housing is available at the Courtyard by Marriott 30 Shaner Drive Bridgeport, WV 26330. For those needing overnight accommodations for Thursday November 6th, a small room block has been reserved. The rate is $110 per night. To reserve, contact the hotel directly at 304-842-0444 and use the group code: WVFA to receive the event rate. Room reservations should be secured by October 24th to receive the event room rate.
